About Kinetic

Kinetic was built by Iva Maheshwari to help job seekers turn an existing CV and a job description into tailored application documents faster and with less effort. It is designed to improve ATS readability and highlight the experience most relevant to each role.

I started Kinetic after seeing how much time people spend rewriting the same CV for jobs that are only slightly different. That work matters, but a lot of it is repetitive. I wanted to build something that removes the mechanical part so people can spend more time on the part that really matters: their story, judgment, and experience.
