Guest mode (signed out)

• Your CV file is parsed in your browser.
• Generated documents are saved in your browser's local storage only.
• Nothing is stored on our servers unless you sign in.
• Clearing your browser storage deletes your history.

Signed-in mode

• We save each tailored application (CV text, cover letter, messages, JD snippet, match score) to your account so history syncs across devices.
• Row-level security ensures only you can read your entries.
• You can delete any entry from the History page. Deletion removes it from both the cloud and your local cache.

Generation requests

When you click Generate, your CV text and the job description are sent to our AI provider under a data-processing agreement so it can return the tailored materials. We do not permit that provider to use your content to train foundation models.

Retention

• History entries stay until you delete them or delete your account.
• Server logs used for abuse prevention are retained for up to 30 days.

Deleting your account

Email iva.maaheshwari@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will delete your account and associated history entries.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Data at rest sits in a managed database with row-level security policies scoped to your user ID. We use industry-standard authentication and do not store passwords in plaintext.
