Product walkthrough
How Kinetic works — a 5-minute walkthrough.
Upload your CV, paste a job description, and watch it transform into ATS-optimized materials. Here's exactly what happens at each step.
Upload your CV
Drop in a PDF, DOCX, or paste plain text. Kinetic extracts your experience, skills, and education locally in your browser — nothing uploads to our servers.
Tip. Older CV format? Paste as text and we'll parse it cleanly. What you see is what the ATS sees.
Paste the job description
Copy the full posting — role, responsibilities, requirements, nice-to-haves. Kinetic reads it for keywords, seniority signals, and the outcomes the hiring manager cares about.
Tip. More context = sharper matches. Include the 'nice to haves' section — it's often where differentiation lives.
Review the match
See your match score (0–100), matched keywords in green, and gaps you can address. Every keyword links back to a line in your CV so you can verify the mapping before generating.
Tip. A missing keyword doesn't always mean a gap. Sometimes it's the same skill under different wording — decide whether to relabel or leave it.
Edit and export
Refine the CV, cover letter, outreach email, and recruiter message inline. Copy to clipboard, download as a styled PDF, or send the email directly if the JD includes a contact.
Tip. The outputs are starting points. Rewrite the summary and top bullets in your voice — that's what a recruiter reads first.
