1. Using Kinetic

Kinetic is a workspace that helps you tailor an existing CV to a job description. You are responsible for the content you upload and for reviewing every document before you send it to an employer.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of any CV, job description, or generated document you create in Kinetic. You grant us the limited right to process that content in order to provide the service (for example, to run it through our AI provider and to save it to your history).

3. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Submit content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to fabricate credentials, degrees, or employment history.
• Abuse rate limits, resell access, or run automated scraping.
• Use Kinetic to violate any applicable law.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

Kinetic is designed to improve ATS readability and to help highlight relevant experience. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, ATS scores, or any specific hiring outcome. Always review outputs for accuracy before submitting an application.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep Kinetic available and working, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinetic and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes we will note them on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
