Kinetic ("we", "us") provides a workspace that helps you tailor an existing CV against a job description. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Account data. If you sign in, we store your email address and authentication identifiers.
• Content you provide. The CV text, job descriptions, and generated documents you create in the app.
• Usage data. Basic logs (timestamps, request counts, error events) used to keep the service running and to prevent abuse.

3. How we use your information

• To generate tailored application materials you request.
• To sync your history across devices when you are signed in.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your CV or job descriptions to train third-party foundation models.
• We do not display advertising inside the app.

5. Storage and processing

Content you generate while signed out is stored only in your browser (local storage). When you sign in, your history is stored in our managed backend so it can sync across devices. Generation requests are processed through an AI provider on our behalf under a data-processing agreement.

6. Your rights

You can delete individual history entries at any time from the History page. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email iva.maaheshwari@gmail.com.
